INGREDIENTS
2 cups plain kefir
1 ripe banana
1 ripe pear
1 tablespoon LSA (linseeds, sunflower seed, almonds)
¼ cup greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 cubes of ice
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
