- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped spinach or kale
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a pan.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add the spices.
Add the chopped kale or spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, and then add the whisked eggs and cook.
