Instructions
Peel and core the apples. Note: You can leave the apple peel on. it adds beneficial nutrients, The peel will stain the apple flesh.
Cut the apple into wedges or bite-size pieces.
Place the apple with the cinnamon and water into a saucepan,
Bring to a simmer than cover the pan with a lid and cook until apple is soft and translucent; about 10-15 minutes.
Spoon into bowls and serve warm or pop in the fridge to chill.
Store leftovers in the fridge.
