Led by qualified Nutritionists & Dietitians who are also SOS feeding therapists, our 12-week program has successfully supported hundreds of families. We help children try new foods and build a healthy relationship with food for life.
Does this sound familiar?
You’re not alone – thousands of families face the same challenges, and the root cause is often deeper than “picky” behaviour.
The Fuss No More Method uncovers the nutritional, sensory, behavioural, and gut-based reasons behind fussy eating. Then we guide you step-by-step with simple meals, clever swaps, and a personalised plan to help your child thrive.
(and why it’s not your fault)
Fussy eating is rarely just about “picky preferences.” Often, there are hidden drivers making it impossible for kids to feel comfortable with food, such as:
Traditional advice like “just offer the food again” or “they’ll eat when they’re hungry” doesn’t work when these deeper issues are at play. That’s why we take a root-cause, holistic approach.
When you join the Fuss No More Method, you’ll get a structured yet flexible plan that combines science-based testing, practical feeding therapy, and family-friendly strategies.
My son has a very restricted diet of bland foods and texture sensitivity. During his time in Lisa’s fussy eaters program, he tried each food that they worked with and improved his ability to give feedback on what he was tasting in each item. It has helped him recognise what it is in food that he doesn’t like, so that he no longer rejects the whole meal as a result of one flavour or texture.Lisa recognised what he would be deficient in due to his limited diet, and suggested supplements in forms that he would tolerate taking, which has helped with some of his deficiency symptoms such as low energy, frequent colds, and lethargy. The Paediatric Naturopath will be our first choice in the future when needing to address any health or behavioural concerns in our kids. Highly recommended and effective, and genuinely interested to solve problems and get positive results.

Since birth, my son has grappled with food and milk challenges due to severe acid reflux, leading to both bottle and feeding aversions. He resisted trying any foods and kept dropping weight. Lisa is truly a feeding wizard, possessing a deep understanding of children and a skill for encouraging them to explore unfamiliar foods. Her calming presence resonates well with children, and she has effective strategies and knowledge that have significantly improved my son's feeding habits. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lisa! If you're unsure, take the leap – working with Lisa has been transformative for my son, making feeding at home much less stressful. Thank you, Lisa!

My son (8yrs) has been working with Lisa on his severe food restrictions for almost a year. Lisa makes feeding therapy fun and geared to Eli's interests. She is very patient and full of new ideas to guide him to try new foods. Lisa's help has been tremendous for all of our family, as she has taken the heavy load off my shoulders and given us easy strategic ways to help him at home with his diet. Highly recommend her services.

Rebecca said: We expected to receive help for feeding our 3 year old but received so much more. Not only have we been given the ability and methods to be able to incorporate all foods such as cucumber, beetroot, tomatoes, blueberries, zucchini and many more into his diet but we have learnt the way to help him to get used to different foods and to actually eat them – it was mind blowing. We went from nuggets and noodles, a few other things to all of these nutrient based foods.
The biggest thing we didn’t count on, was that Lisa would test his stool and do a hair analysis. Our son’s stool showed huge amounts of bad bacteria and a lack of good bacteria and so many issues that would have been making him feel so unwell. The hair analysis showed a lack in zinc and magnesium and selenium – all vital to even function. So we jumped right in with the supplements to build these all up again.
The insight Lisa can provide to your child’s internal wellbeing and the significance on his/her behaviour or wellbeing is phenomenal. If you couple that with her ability to enable your child to eat whole and good foods, her service becomes the most, if not the best investment you will ever make for your child.
I truly thank my lucky stars every day that we came across her.
Leeza said: I did the Fuss No More method for my extremely picky 6 year old daughter. We live in Tasmania so the entire program was completed via telehealth. At this start of the program my daughter only ate a limited number of foods, specifically yoghurt, cheese, Hungry Jack Nuggets, bread, plain spaghetti, muesli, plain rice, berries, apples, oranges, pears and watermelon.
Using the supplements that we recommended after doing the gut test and hair tissue mineral analysis, food play at home and making the other recommendations list made, my daughter made great progress. By the end of the program the range of foods she ate had increased enormously, to the point where family dinners are now a lot more easy to plan. She now eats pineapple, mashed potatoes, broccoli, carrots, snow peas, red capsicum, lettuce, spinach, cucumber, peas, corn, chicken schnitzel, pork chops, roast pork, beef sausages, tinned Salmon, tinned tuna, ham, hot chips, gluten free pancakes, gluten free weetbix, gluten free coco pops, cheese pizza and pop corn.
I highly recommend this program for children who are extremely picky eaters.
Program Details
Yes. This program is designed specifically for extreme cases of fussy eating. We move at your child’s pace, and our approach combines root-cause testing with gentle feeding therapy so progress feels achievable—not overwhelming.
Many children in our program have sensory sensitivities or additional diagnoses. Our therapists are experienced in adapting strategies to suit each child’s unique needs. NDIS funding may also be available.
Most families come to us after trying other approaches without success. The difference here is that we don’t just focus on behaviour—we uncover and treat the hidden drivers (like gut health or nutrient deficiencies) alongside feeding therapy.
The weekly sessions are around 45–60 minutes, and you’ll be given practical, realistic steps to implement at home. Most families find the changes actually reduce mealtime stress and save time overall.
While every child is different, most families see a significant increase in food acceptance by the end of the program. Just as importantly, mealtimes become calmer, more enjoyable, and less stressful.
